Glencoe ski station munros 21/11/15

Glencoe ski car park was empty as we donned boots and set off the crisp air

Not sure on the above pic its either Ben Alder or the munros on East side of Loch Treig

We skirted Bhuiridh on its west side
was a nasty bit of ground too

 

We had dinner on the top Clach Leathad the views were stunning with lots of cloud and moody dark clouds

The temp was -4c with a fresh 25-30 mph winds at times,we had a few snow showers pass through

So last trip too Scotland for the year,heres the first day ...Ben Vorlich

 So the last trip north beckoned,we had planned to camp for 2 nites but the forcast was for big winds and heavy snow...both can be dealt with but arent any fun for for Oscar,let alone us so we decided to drive up early Friday do a short walk and then another day walk on the Saturday,driving home on Sunday morning

We choose Ben Vorlich for the Friday and had an ok run of weather

We stayed at StrathFillan Wigwams stayed here many times and it does the job well
