Duomid in the high Cairngorms
Checking back i saw it was 2003 when i did the two big peaks of Ben Bhuird and Ben Avon,on that trip i biked in with my brother from Invercauld bridge biking in then hiking the two summits So with a half ok forcast we decided to walk in from the Punch bowl via Glen Quoich,what a lovely walk in it was too Lovely views back down the valley,it was a nice 10c too none of this horrid sweating stuff we have had to put up with these past few months Above the view down from A'Chioch too Dubh Lochan Below,between a few heavy cold showers were the views into the wonderous Cairngorms a feast of peaks and valleys When we pulled in a weather forcast it had sadly changed to give 10-12 hrs of heavy rain and winds we planned to push on further and find a pitch to spend the day,hiding and brewing After some hunting around we found a spot to pitch behind a sma
